1. Introduction

Welcome to BookClub2K ("we", "us", "our"), an independent bookshop powered by authors. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Purchases

All purchases are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in your selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes where required. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, digital products (eBooks, audiobooks) are available for immediate download, while physical products (paperbacks, hardbacks) are printed and shipped via our print-on-demand partner.

3. Digital Downloads

Upon purchase, you receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to download and read the digital product for personal use. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or resell digital content. Download links expire after a limited period; please save your files promptly.

4. Physical Orders

Physical books are printed on demand and typically ship within 5–10 working days. Signed copies are dispatched by the author within the stated dispatch timeframe. Shipping times vary by destination. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of print-on-demand, physical books are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law.

6. Discount Codes and Bundles

Discount codes and bundle offers are subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Codes have usage limits and expiry dates. Bundle discounts are applied per book within the series. We reserve the right to revoke invalid or misused codes.

7. Affiliate Programme

Affiliates earn commission on qualifying sales referred through their unique links. Commission is held as pending for 14 days (the refund window) before being confirmed. Payouts are processed at the affiliate's request subject to minimum thresholds and method availability.

8. Reviews

You may submit reviews for purchased books. Reviews must be your own original content and must not be defamatory, offensive, or misleading. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of BookClub2K or its authors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Book content remains the property of the respective authors.

10. Limitation of Liability

BookClub2K is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
